ITINERARY

06:00 AM – Pick-Up from Hotel/Residence
Your guide and driver will meet you early to maximize your chances of seeing predators during their most active hours. After a short briefing, you’ll head straight to the main entrance of Nairobi National Park.

06:30 AM – Begin Game Drive in Nairobi National Park
Enter the park and start your guided game drive. The morning is the best time to spot big cats like lions and leopards, as well as black rhinos, gazelles, elands, buffalo, zebras, ostriches, and more. Your experienced guide will share interesting insights about the animals and the park’s ecosystems.

09:30 AM – Visit the Ivory Burning Site
Make a stop at this historical landmark inside the park, where in 1989, President Daniel arap Moi set fire to a pile of ivory to send a global message against poaching.

10:00 AM – Optional Visit to the Nairobi Animal Orphanage or Safari Walk (for Full Day Tour)
For full-day tours, you can exit the park and continue the experience with a visit to the Nairobi Safari Walk, an educational boardwalk tour featuring rare species like albino zebras and pygmy hippos, or the Nairobi Animal Orphanage, a rescue and rehabilitation center for injured or orphaned animals.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break at Nearby Restaurant (for Full Day Tour)
Enjoy a relaxed lunch at a recommended restaurant near the park, such as the nearby Carnivore Restaurant, where you can taste Kenya's famous game meat and barbecue dishes, or opt for a more continental meal.

02:00 PM – Return Game Drive (Optional)
Continue with an additional short drive inside the park if time allows, for final wildlife sightings.
03:00 PM – Drop-off at Hotel/Residence
